- The product is unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be free from any damage caused by misuse or negligence.
- A valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned product.
- Halomi.xyz is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please note:
